- He/she will also be involved in developing loyal customers, which generates leads that will grow business partnerships and provide marketplace insight via the social media.

Key Responsibilities

- If you are successful, you will develop content for social conversation monitoring online and actively participate in them to build brand visibility, thought leadership and solve consumer issues
- You will be prioritizing key issues and needs, lead the ideation process to support the creation of multiple solutions
- Thereby assist in production of knowledge base articles
- Furthermore, capture and analyse the appropriate social data/metrics, best practices, insights and then acting on the information
- Develop and maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness
- Collaborate with the Line Manager to design advertising campaigns
- Again, you will carry out from time to time research on how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company.
- I doing that, identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
- Build and support SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies. This will include optimizing keywords in content marketing projects.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Fluent and eloquence in English
- You must have at least First degree in Marketing, Communication or Advertising
- MBA or Masters in a related field is most desirable.
Experience:

- You must have not less than 2-5 years’ experience in the following.
- A good knowledge of integrated marketing communications approaches and the digital media landscape
- Advanced knowledge on social media legal guidelines
- Previous knowledge of planning social media programs
- Show past experience developing, editing and crafting content for the social media space
- Advanced writing and editing skills – (photo, video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Possesses passion for all social media channels with active social media accounts
- You must have good knowledge of email and web based tools, CRM tools
- Furthermore, you must possess ability to handle multiple “priority” projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines
- With good ability to interact with app users to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Proven writing, editing skills – (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- And you must be capable of working independently, take a concept and run with it, whilst keeping team members in the loop on progress and feedback/support needed.
