Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Science, Arts, Humanities and Social Science with a minimum of second class upper division.
  • A Master’s degree will be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 12 years post NYSC cognate experience
  • And not less than  7 years in the HR field.
  • Must be licensed HR Practitioner with practical knowledge of Nigeria Labour Laws and employer’s best practices.
