- Print out your screening Invitation Letter;

- Completed Referee/ Guarantor’s Form;
- Recent Medical Certificate for Fitness obtained from a Government Hospital;
- Originals of your Credentials – for sighting
- A pair of White Canvas, White Short and Vest with White Stockings.
