Qualifications and Experience
- You must have at least HND/ Bachelor degree in Social Management Science disciplines, preferably in Human Resource Management
- Membership of a professional body- CIPM,CIPD, NITAD, PMI, SHRM, etc. is an advantage
- Not less than 5 years of progressively responsible experience in delivering Learning and Development functions or HR generalist or specialist experience
- And at least Two years of project management experience
- Experience using a range of psychometric instruments for development purposes. Coaching qualification is desirable.
How to Apply

Qualification and Experience:
- You must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business or Marketing, or other related disciplines
- And not less than 6 years relevant experience
- Previous experience in events management, experimental marketing, brand management and sponsorship.
