Consequently, ARM Life is recruiting to fill the position of Customer Experience Officer (Graduate Trainee) in the following locations/states:
- Aba-Abia
- Abeokuta-Ogun
- Calabar-Cross River
- Edo
- Ondo
- Bayelsa
Job Type: Full-Time
Scope of Job:
- The position holder, will attend to customer enquiries/complaints thereby, Maintain good customer relations.
- Furthermore, this role is location specific, therefore, is open to ONLY people who reside in the stated locations of Aba, Abeokuta, Calabar, Edo, Ondo and Bayelsa states.

- Providing support to the Business Development Team within the location
- Ensuring timely and factual communication with clients
- Prompt resolution of all complaints received and escalate where necessary
Education Qualification:
- Not less than – B.Sc, HND
- Not less than 2 years’ experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Good multi-tasking capabilities
