The Field Officer will be responsible for the management and implementation of WFP funded CBT project in Yobe for Internally Displaced Persons and vulnerable Host Populations in Bade, Damaturu, Geidam and Jakusko.

(2) Entry-level Complaints Response Mechanism (CRM) Officer
Location: Yobe

Overall Responsibilities
The Complaints Response Mechanism (CRM) Officer will provide support to COOPI food security and livelihoods interventions assisting IDPs in NE Nigeria.
The CRM Officer will work on the management of the beneficiary and stakeholders’ complaints and feedback mechanisms.
S/he will ensure that mechanisms are in place to strengthen the quality and accountability of emergency response in regards to information sharing, beneficiaries’ participation, complaints and response

(3) Information Management Officer
Location: Maiduguri, Borno
Duration: 12 months

The role of the Child Protection information management officer is to support the establishment and management of Child Protection Information. The information management officer will be the focal point for input, analysis and producing information on case management and community-based Child Protection programmes.
Scope of the Vacancy
In close collaboration with the Case Work Team, Project Officers, and Programme Manager, the Child Protection Information Officer will ensure that Child Protection related information is properly recorded, analysed and incorporated into programmes to improve quality of service delivery and wider understanding of child protection issues.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in humanitarian organizations.
- Experience working with International NGO’s, UN agencies and proved capacity in networking and negotiating with authorities
- Very strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with case management systems, preferable experience with child protection case management.

(4) Project Manager, FSL

Scope of the Vacancy
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall activities’ planning, execution and reporting of WFP funded project.
He/she is directly assigned to, and responsible of the supervision of all logistics, HR, financial and overall functioning aspects for his projects.
Position Requirements
- Master’s degree in Food Security/Nutrition and /or Humanitarian/ Development Studies or any related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in/with INGO. On FSL area. Experience managing a WFP project is a +

- Experience in data collection, analysis, and report writing including post-distribution monitoring (PDM)
- Excellent in written and spoken English

Project: UNICEF; Protection and Reintegration of children associated with armed groups in the north east of Nigeria
Project Summary
Based on a consolidated care model for children associated to armed forces and groups implemented in several conflict areas over the years, COOPI will establish a Centre of Transit and Orientation (TOC) for children formerly associated with Boko Haram in need of psychosocial and other assistance before reunification and integration into their families of origin.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology.
- At least 3 years of working experience with INGO on Child Protection area. Experience working with children associated with armed group it’s an advantage
- Good knowledge of project cycle management

- The Senior M&E Manager will develop and implement strategies, approaches, and methods to ensure integration of protection-sector sub-systems into one COOPI information management.
- S/he will also work semi-independently to create, improve, and manage these sub-systems to generate high quality data and use for decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Information Management, Public Policy, or a Human rights related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in/with INGO in the protection sector.
- Proven interest & commitment to humanitarian and development principles and a demonstrable understanding of conflict/post conflict development contexts
- At least 5 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and report writing
- Excellent in English (oral and written)
