(1) Job Title: BSWA Construction Lead-FPSO

Requirements
- The position will appeal to persons who have previously had overall responsibility for the fabrication and construction of large and complex oil and gas facilities for offshore applications.
- However, the position holder should have a degree in Engineering and at least 15+ years of experience in constructing offshore projects, preferably deepwater (detail design, construction, installation, commissioning and start-up).
- Skilled in application of industry codes and standards
- Strong knowledge of FPSO systems including interface with Subsea and Pipelines.
- Furthermore, strong HSE commitment and demonstrated HSE leadership skills.

- The OR/CSU Manager shall have minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 15years experience in upstream production with significant experience leading OR/CSU delivery on major projects, with emphasis on offshore & subsea systems preferably in deepwater environment.
He/She shall have the following:
- Significant experience managing the delivery of all areas of OR/CSU including CSU, MRTA, PTA Handover, SURF, Marine, Detailed Design, AOR, etc.
- In addition, broad knowledge of deepwater field development including design, fabrication, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning and should have played a lead role (preferably in Commissioning and Startup) in the delivery of at least one major deepwater project involving a Host system and subsea infrastructure.

(4) Job Title: BSWA Commissioning and Start-up Lead
