 WALK-IN-CANDIDATE:

This is a normal healthy person like any other candidate. He is not one of the impaired candidates in any way. His issue is that:
He can afford the extra cost
He had no time to register while others were registering
He realised late the need to write the exam
What can you say yourself, you can add. ‘Gate Crashers ‘
As a matter of fact, West African Examinations Council , WAEC ‘walk-in-candidates’ registration for the Nov/Dec 2017 GCE will commence immediately after the closure of the normal registration window.
If you  missed registering for the 2017 WAEC Nov/Dec GCE during the normal registration window period  then you can utilize the opportunity of the new scheme introduced by the council i.e. Walk-in candidates.
This is a soft-landing platform provided for those of you who are never early to do things, and while delaying the window closes. That is what Nigerians call ‘Fire Brigade’ approach.  Now let’s see how you can make use of this eleventh hour provision.
This scheme provides interested candidates  to register and sit for the examination as ‘walk-in candidates’.
