Complete Full Marks Consultants (CFMC) Limited is a Financial (Accounting), Management(strategic) ,and Tax consultants , incorporated in Nigeria, as a limited liability company, under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) CAP C20 LFN, 2004. Our objective is to offer both accounting and auditing, taxation, management coaching and consulting services to both Public Agencies and Private Entities in the most professional approach to enable them achieve their various goals.
Our professional approaches which are aimed at solving client’s problems emphasise on value addition, synergy building, exploring and improving value chains employing an inclusive approach to providing accounting and auditing, taxation, business coaching and consultancy services to our clients.

Associate Partner – Management Consultant
Location – Abuja – Nigeria
Scope of Job:
- Provide support and maintenance to client’s existing management information systems (MIS).
- Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
- Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team for decision making.
- Be flexible and dynamic to generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
- Analyze business information to identify process improvements, business opportunities for increasing business activities..
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring client issues.
- Assist in the maintenance of the social media channels.
- Assist in preparing contents, (videos, articles etc) for posting on social media.
- Use Client Relationship Management (CRM) methodology for intelligent data analytics for accurate sales projections and risk indications.
Qualification:
Minimum of B.Sc in Management studies, Statistics Psychology and human resources related disciplines. A masters Degree will be an advantage. Must be a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered)

Experience:
Minimum of 6 years working experience in a similar position.

- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Diligence and articulation in information gathering and management.
- Ability to pay attention to details
- High level of initiative and personal ownership
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Excellent skill in analyzing and evaluating statistical data, including financial information.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced MS Office knowledge.
- Good numeracy, computing, business skills
