Scope of Job

• Firstly, the X-Academy Team Lead  will drive the overall strategy and end-to-end coordination of the X-Academy.
• The Role holder will be responsible for the business operations of the Academy
• His/her role  will include developing and executing marketing plans, creating awareness for X-Academy programmes, developing revenue generating courses, , meeting revenue targets of the Academy and establishing new affiliations for partnerships.
• In addition, he/she  will be responsible for designing the learning, growth and development plans for employees and supporting the overall business strategy through various learning and development intervention initiatives of The Exchange including the Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP), Continuous Professional Development, etc.
• In fact, it will be responsibility of the role holder to drive strategic corporate HR priorities with regards to, functional competency, Leadership and Management development, and organisation wide improvements in Learning and Development etc., through the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a range of effective development interventions.

• For you to be qualified for this post you have to have HND/ Bachelor Degree in Social Management Science disciplines, preferably in Human Resource Management
• In addition, you have to be a membership of a professional body such as  CIPM,CIPD, NITAD, PMI, SHRM, etc.
• You must have not less than 7 years of progressively responsible experience in delivering learning and development functions, managing an Academy or HR generalist or specialist experience
• And finally, 2 years of project management experience

(2)  Market Data Auditor

• Location: Lagos
• Division: Trading Business Division
• Department: Market Services
• Report to: Head-Market Services
• Grade: Assistant Officer – Assistant Manager
• Estimated Date of Resumption: Monday, June 4, 2018

• In this connection, it will be the responsibility of  the Market Data Auditor to execute market data audits spanning The Exchange’s diverse customer base to ensure market data policies are being adhered to.
• His/her role will ensure  The Exchange’s market data policy is used in accordance with existing vendor and customer agreements

Qualifications and Experience

• You must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics or a related field with not less than  3  years’ industry experience
• Again, Professional membership /certification of Institute of Chartered Accountant Nigeria (ICAN)/ Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers ( CIS)/Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL)
• You also have to have a Strong working knowledge of conducting both onsite and remote audits
• Your working experience in a financial services sector or capital market highly will be an advantage for you.
• You also need to have an experience in vendor and third party application providers’ products and Market Data Systems management.

Scope of Job

• To provide insights into consumer behaviours, the Data Scientist will be responsible for sourcing, collating and analyzing The Exchange’s data.
• With research on market trends, the role holder will provide information that is capable of providing insights that will help The Exchange better engage customers and develop innovative offering, which will ultimately increase profitability.

Requirements, Qualifications and Experience

• You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science or related field
• And possesses not less than  5 years’ relevant analytics and research experience
• If you have  MSc. In relevant fields such as data Science, Data Analytics, Big Data etc. it will serve as an added advantage for you.
• Professional  certification such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) or CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator) is required.
