You have 3 years to prove /satisfy your quest for such solid mineral in this location. After this 3 years if you don’t renew it, another explorer can take over the location to continue the finding. It could be luckier than you. Equipment matters. You have the opportunity of renewing your exploration licence only two times for two year each.
Your right here is that you have an exclusive right to be granted small scale mining license, mining lease and quarry lease within any part of this area if successful.

OTHER MINING CONDITIONS
(1) There are conditions for:
- Transfer of Titles
- Renewal of Titles
- Revocation of Titles
- Suspension of Titles
- Surrender of Titles.
(2) Protection of Host Communities
