(1) Job Title: Principal Distribution Engineer

Qualifications & Experience
- The Principal Umbilical and Distribution Engineer shall have minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 12 years’ experience in upstream Exploration & Production (EP) projects with emphasis on Design and Execution of umbilical and distribution systems in deep water environment.
- At least 10 years experience directly related to delivery of Umbilical and Distribution scope.
He/She shall meet the following requirements:
- A COREN registered or registerable engineer
- Technical Professional with broad and deep knowledge of deepwater Subsea Umbilical and Distribution systems design, fabrication, installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning and should have played a key role in the delivery of at least one major deepwater project involving subsea infrastructure design and installation.

He/She must meet the following requirements;
- An accredited Project Services Cost Estimating Professional Level 2 or equivalent.
- Have an understanding of deepwater developments and projects delivery in a challenging environment. Experience in deep water cost estimating is an advantage.

- Skilled in probabilistic cost estimating.

- Must be confident and able to establish credibility with staff, peers, Global Discipline Head, Technical Authorities and Project Leadership Team.
- Have proven interpersonal and relationship skills in complex environments with ability to work with personnel of diverse background.
- Able to work with, and influence multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams. Maintain composure under pressure.
