CRS is advertising for the following post:

(1)  Program Manager II – Partnership and Capacity Strengthening (PM-PCS)

• Master’s degree in Development, Project Management, Business, Organizational Development, Non-formal education, Psychology or Public Administration;
• Minimum of eight years of experience in project management, within international organizations or the private sector, including: management of human resources, project activities and/or budgets;
• Minimum of three years of experience with partnership activities and institutional strengthening, preferably with a religious partner;
• Experience with capacity building, including training and mentoring as well as developing training materials;
• Experience in Institution Strengthening, including developing and/or improving business processes, policies and procedures;

(3) Program Manager I – Emergency Response and Recovery

• Master’s Degree in international development or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience working within international development, including direct experience in fast paced emergency environments.
• Demonstrated ability with managing project grants, including project design, budget preparation, expenditure tracking, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, supervision and performance management, etc.
• Ability to work independently, but also coordinate effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to lead a multi-cultural team with a high level of respect for local culture.

• Fluent English. Hausa or Kanuri a plus.
• Required Travel:
• Travel within Nigeria, frequent vehicle travel to project sites.

(4)  Emergency Program Manager (PMII) 

• Master’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of relevant field-based project management experience required
• Experience in managing all aspects of humanitarian programs including assessment, proposal writing, registration, implementation, and reporting
• Five years of experience working in emergency, development, or recovery programming with an international NGO. Specific sectoral technical skills a plus, with willingness to learn and support across sectors.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of relevant humanitarian standards, including Sphere

(5) Monitoring & Evaluation Officer  

• Bachelors-level degree in statistics, health sciences or another relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years M&E experience in HIV programming.
• Demonstrated skills in technical assistance and mentoring. 
• Demonstrated quantitative skills, including use of statistical packages such as SPSS, EPI-INFO, STATA including Microsoft Excel, and skills in analyzing, interpreting and communicating information to a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience with I-form Builder and Zoho Reports will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work closely with the public and private sectors.
• Good interpersonal skills including ability to work with multiple stakeholders successfully.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within given state about 70% of the time.

(6) Job Title: Laboratory Specialist 

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) with at least 5 years post-NYSC work experience.
• Appropriate licensure or certification as a medical scientist approved by the MLSCN.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a project in a HIV/AIDS service delivery setting, including working with government authorities.
• Proven experience working with and through partner organizations in both private and public sectors.
• Working knowledge of and experience with GF or USG projects will be an advantage.

(7) Clinical Coordinator

• M.B.B.S., with a Master’s Degree in Public Health and/or a post-graduate qualification in HIV Medicine or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years post-NYSC clinical experience working in HIV/AIDS management with significant program management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a project in a HIV/AIDS service delivery setting, including working with government authorities.
• Proven experience working with partner organizations in both the public and private sectors.
• Working knowledge of and experience with GF or projects will be an advantage.

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from a reputable university, with a Masters’ Degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Supply Chain Management or a related field strongly desired.
• Minimum of 5years’ work experience with progressive responsibility in pharmaceutical, and/or supply chain management.
• Previous experience working with GF and/ or USG funded programs will be an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent training and facilitation skills.
• Strong computer skills- Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.

(10)  State Team Lead 

• M.B.B.S., B. Pharm, BMLS or B. Nursing ;with a Masters’ degree in public health or a related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of5 years working experience in public health, with at least 3 years in HIV/AIDS programming.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a project in a HIV/AIDS service delivery setting, including working with government authorities.
• Demonstrated people management and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience working with and through partner organizations in both the public and private sectors.
• Working knowledge of and experience with GF or USG projects will be an advantage.

(11) Technical Specialist 

• M.B.B.S., with a Masters’ degree in public health or related field is strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years’ post-NYSC clinical experience working in HIV/AIDS management with significant program management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a project in an HIV/AIDS service delivery setting, including working with government authorities.
• Proven experience working with partner organizations in both the public and private sectors.
• Working knowledge of and experience with GF or USG projects will be an advantage.

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or other relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a non-profit, development, and/or humanitarian organization with progressive responsibilities and some project management experience. Experience with an international organization a plus.
• Experience working with projects funded by multiple public donors, including USAID.
• Experience in stakeholder management and establishing and strengthening community partnerships.
• Staff management experience and abilities that are conducive to a learning environment.
• Knowledge of procurement and general office administrative/management issues
• Proficient in MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), Web Conferencing Applications, and information management systems.
