Job Purpose

• You have to select, interrogate, collate, analyse,   interpret and present appropriate customer data in order to tactically find ways to inform and influence customer  business decisions based on vital statistical evidence.
• Furthermore, to develop and present framework and bespoke analytics reports based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Engages with the business to obtain a comprehensive understanding of business goals,
• Again, obtain challenges and processes and their impact on the data life cycle.
• Furthermore, identifies relevant opportunities through which insights and analytics/MI can assist in addressing business challenges, and present these to relevant stakeholders and implement.
• Identifies business opportunities in support of the business initiatives.
• Conduct analysis of the business management information that may reside inside or outside the business.

Qualification and Experience

• First Degree in Commerce, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
• Data Management qualifications

Experience:

• Data Management – Management
• Not less than 5 Years experience in customer data and information life-cycle, including product, sales, customer segmentation, channel,   performance measurement, and scorecards.
• Experience in managing stakeholders and providing a high level of customer servic

(2) Specialist, Data Governance

• The Specialist, Data Governance operations involves  a range of essential and complex services to ensure  effectiveness and efficiency  across the bank  entire processes.
• The individual will orchestrate data governance activities for Enterprise Data Management program across multiple business units
• The role requires a strong understanding of policies, standards and processes focused on defining and managing risks and opportunities in the use of data,
• Proven expertise in the administration of an enterprise governance program,
• Collaborative communications across a variety of stakeholders and deep knowledge of the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Create awareness, develop and enforce data policies and standards
• Lead the development, management of Acceptable Data Use governance program to define and manage risks and opportunities in the use of data across all lines of business.
• Lead the communication and enforcement of Acceptable Data Use governance program to define and manage risks and opportunities in the use of data across all lines of business.
• Furthermore, he/she will direct and manage meetings or discussions required for administration of program which includes gaining consensus across a variety of stakeholders and documenting acceptable data use decisions.
• Therefore, he/she will identify controls, potential control gaps and weaknesses for compliance with applicable regulations and policies to include implementing remediation fixes.

Qualification and Experience:

• First degree degree preferably in Information Systems or Business Administration.
• Master’s degree in related field is desirable..
• Data Management qualifications

• Not less than  5 years’ experience with providing data governance function and operations.
• 5 years’ experience working at an enterprise level with customer and reference data.
