- A Female
- A Medical Student (MBBS)
- In 200 level
- Have passed the level examination, and
- Must be a student of:
- Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto State
- University of Ilorin, Kwara State or
- University of Maiduguri, Borne State.

Application Procedure:
If you are interested and qualified you are to collect “Application Forms” from your University Medical College Secretary’s Office or Media Trust Office in you state. You have to fill the form appropriately and attach passport photograph and photocopies of admission letter. You will attache also your student I.D Card, Certificate of Origin certificate and Course Registration Form for Current Academic Session.
