THE JOB:
Our client who is a large construction contractor based in Central Manchester covering projects across the North West Region requires the services of Senior Planner. The worker will be involved on both pre-construction and live projects.
Skills Required:
- Proven tender and on site planning experience
- Experienced in the use of Asta PowerProject
- Experience working on 3D/4D modelling would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working for a main contractor within the construction industry
Job Description:
- Prepare construction and tender programmes using Asta PowerProject
- Monitoring progress at all stages of construction
- Help to implement and develop planning processes and procedures
- Carrying out site visits across the region
Qualifications & Cognate Experience:
- Experience of working in a Planning or Senior Planning role for a main contractor essential
- Degree/HNC/HND in Construction advantageous
