The N-Power Graduate category is also known as N-Power Volunteer Corps. This is the post-tertiary engagement initiative for Nigerians between 18 and 35. In fact, it’s a paid volunteering programme of two year duration. This programme is designed in such a way that the graduates will undertake their primary tasks in identified public services within their proximate communities.

Furthermore, all N-Power Volunteers are entitled to computing devices. These are those that contain information necessary for their specific engagement. Such will also contain information for their continuous training and development. As a matter of fact, these N-Power volunteers will provide teaching, instructional, and advisory solutions in 4 key areas. These include;

N-Power Agro:

In addition. these N-Power Agro Volunteers will provide advisory services to farmers across the country. That means they will disseminate the knowledge that has been aggregated by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in the area of extension services.

N-Power Health:

On the other hand, the N-Power Health Volunteers will help improve and promote preventive healthcare in their communities. Their targets are the vulnerable members of the society including pregnant women and children and to families and individuals.

N-Power Teach:

In addition, the N-Power Teach Volunteers will help improve basic education delivery. Therefore, the N-Power Teach Volunteers will be deployed as teacher assistants in primary schools.

N-Power Tax:

Furthermore, the N-Power volunteers will be selected to work as Community Tax Liaison Officers. That means they will be working in their states of residence for the state’s tax authorities. In fact, this category of N-Power volunteer personnel  will have responsibilities. Such includes answering online inquiries, customer management and creating awareness of tax compliance.

N-Power Non-Graduate Categories: How N-Power Empowers Nigerian Youth

As a matter of fact, the N-Power Non-Graduate category is designed to train and empower non-graduates. The aim is for them to acquire skills that will help them better themselves and the economy at large. The programme offers training certification for all successful candidates.

As a matter of fact, they will be provided with training and certifications in 2 key areas which are;

N-Power Knowledge:

Fortunately, Federal Government designed this programme as a first step towards diversifying to a knowledge economy. This programme is patterned to work alongside the planned eight innovation hubs across the country to provide incubation and acceleration of the technology and creative industries. In fact, the programme is a ‘Training to Jobs’ initiative. It’s designed to essentially equip participants with capacity to engage in the marketplace in an outsourcing capacity, as freelancers, as employees, and as entrepreneurs.

N-Power Build:

Furthermore, N-Power Build is an accelerated training and certification programme. The focus is to engage and train 75,000 young unemployed Nigerians. In fact, this is to build a new crop of a skilled and highly competent workforce of technicians, artisans and service professionals.
